Economy shipping
 
Economy shipping service is available to the contiguous 48 United States. Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday and will arrive on or before the specified date(s) listed upon checkout.
 
  • Please allow 2 to 3 business days for personalization process and additional 4 to 6 business days for shipping time with average delivery between 6 to 9 business days after the order is placed. (with longer transit time in remote and rural areas)
  • Orders can ship via: UPS Mail Innovations, UPS SurePost, UPS Ground, FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Ground, UDS, with final delivery by the U.S. Postal Service in some cases
  • Some items are produced in our remote manufacturing facilities and may arrive separately
  • Shipping schedule and/or times are subject to change during the holidays
 
Expedited Shipping
 
  • Expedited shipping service is available to all 50 of the United States 
  • Unless otherwise specified on order confirmation page, orders ship Monday through Friday and will be delivered 3 business days after you place your order.
  • For example, If you place your order on Thursday, it will be delivered on or before Tuesday.
  • Orders can ship via: UPS Express, FedEx Express, UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, UDS
  • Some items may have longer lead times and/or produced in our remote manufacturing facilities and will not have “expedited shipping available”
  • If any of your items in your order are not available for expedited service, you will receive multiple shipments at only one shipping charge per order regardless of the number of items
  • Items cannot be expedited unless the "Express" option is listed for that item
  • Expedited shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes, PR, military bases and international destinations
  • Shipping schedule and/or times are subject to change during the holidays

Return Policy

 

At COLORCOMMALL, our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, CONTACT US our customer service team within 1 business day of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please CONTACT US our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:

 

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
  • All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
  • Anything purchased with any form of PERSONALIZATION is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
  • Include your RETURN LETTERS and original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

 

Exchanges


We are now offering exchanges for the SAME item but in a different SIZE! If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that on the back. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 5-7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a gift card code. Personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
